why is it doing good: 2 main reasons - population booming -> more people = more customers - but pay careful attention to the demographic - the bigger the target population, the more leads you'll have -> then, it's just the matter of skills and character to make the quality conversions happen - population becoming richer -> more and more people are becoming able to afford higher quality education and retail items
